Sectigo (formerly Comodo) now uses a quick online agreement for Organization Validation (OV) and Extended Validation (EV) certificates, including SSL, Code Signing, and S/MIME (Enterprise).

Online Subscriber Agreement

After placing the order, your certificate admin will receive an email with instructions for completing the online Subscriber Agreement.

Use your real name and job title to fill out the Agreement online. This information helps Sectigo verify your request.

Don't use generic names like "Mr. IT Admin" or similar placeholder details. 

If the contact information entered on the Agreement form is incorrect, Sectigo will reject it, and you must re-submit the Agreement before the certificate can be issued. 

Completing the online agreement may fulfill the verification phone call requirement, which speeds up issuance.
