CertPanel is our new platform that simplifies your certificate management experience. You can take care of all of your certificate responsibilities from the CertPanel dashboard, from re-issuing to renewing, and buying new certificates as well. Follow the instructions in this guide to link your SectigoStore account to CertPanel for the first time.
New User CertPanel Setup
Your SectigoStore account is created when you make a purchase. Immediately after checkout you will be prompted to access your CertPanel dashboard by clicking Next Step.
Go down to the "Link to CertPanel" section of this guide for the password creation step.
Logging in to SectigoStore with No CertPanel Account
If you have a SectigoStore account that is not yet linked to CertPanel, here's how to login.
First, click the Login button at the top right on SectigoStore.com.
On the next page you'll see two login options. Use the Login to SectigoStore tab if you don't already have a CertPanel account.
Link to CertPanel
The first time you link your account to CertPanel you will need to create a new password.
Your new CertPanel password should contain at least 8 characters, including 1 uppercase letter, 1 number, and 1 special character. Please be aware of which special characters are not allowed
Allowed: @ # $ % ^ & + = !
Not Allowed: < > ? or spaces
After you click Create Account you'll be taken to your CertPanel dashboard. From now on you can login to CertPanel from the tab on the SectigoStore login page.
Already Have a CertPanel Account?
If you already have an account on CertPanel through another website, you will be prompted to enter your password and login. In this case a new CertPanel account will not be created, instead your purchase will be added to your existing CertPanel dashboard.
